The dining experience at Ca’ Bonfadini is a fascinating journey back in time, a return to the roots of Venetian hospitality, when the piazza was the heart of the city’s social, commercial and religious life. This concept reawakens in the ambience and cuisine of the DAMA Restaurant, manifested in the meticulous attention to detail, the careful preparation of dishes, the courtesy of the staff and the genuine enthusiasm for sharing.
The DAMA Restaurant has long tables made from the restoration of “briccole”, the typical waterway markers in the lagoon comprised of larch posts. The chairs, in various designs, create a fascinating visual balance.
The predominant green tones contribute to a cosy and refined ambience, whilst the soft light illuminating the space amplifies the sense of intimacy.
The cuisine at DAMA comes from advanced culinary research with a strong Venetian identity and an international touch. The visionary cuisine is based on the use of spices, long rooted in the history of Venice, exalting local ingredients such as fish and vegetables.
Thanks to great craftsmanship, the Chef and kitchen team are able to transport you on a journey of unique flavours, the result of experience gained all over the world.
